Nightsister vibes

gorosaur

Honestly, would not put it past Filoni to put Ventress in this somehow.

Batman1154

Itd have to be a flashback then since Ventress dies towards the end of the clone wars

metroxed

The key as always is in the *somehow.*

Kimuracana

Somehow, Ventress returned

TheAlphaBeatZzZ

Easy way to retcon, just have Vos bring back her body either to Dathomir and resurrect her voodoo style or have Vos actually fake her death so he could clap some nightsister cheeks.

gorosaur

We do know that there were serious talks of bringing her back for Resistance so we know that her death isn’t something that Filoni regards as being set in stone. Also we’re working with the World Between Worlds here. Anything could be possible really

11BApathetic

I like some of the “bring back from the dead” things that we’ve done for characters who really were favorites and needed it (Fett, Maul) but damn, let’s please get some permanent deaths in here. Im even a huge Empire/Sith guy, but Ventress has a solid arc and solid end, it just happens to be in a book.

Fuchy

It's a good ending, just a bit meh that her story ends in a book when it began in the series. It'e be nicer to see her story unfold in live-action, or at least animation.

TheKredik

Imo its sometimes better to just let sleeping dogs lie. Let the book stand on its own, but who knows what will happen.

The_Woman_of_Gont

My problem is that I’m sick of seeing dark side characters get bumped off almost as soon as they are redeemed. It’s lazy and usually a waste of a good character who has so much more narrative potential.

11BApathetic

I absolutely agree, and I have high hopes for The Acolyte. For once I want a solid Sith or Dark Side character who isn’t incompetent and isn’t repentant either. We got some of it with Maul, but I want much more. But my other thing is if we keep “devaluing” death in Star Wars it’s going to be a huge trope, and we’ve had A LOT of “back from the dead” moments.

Unique_Unorque

On the one hand, I see the point of it just being the easiest way to handle things. Does throwing the Emperor down a shaft make up for killing thousands of people, enslaving thousands more, being party to the destruction of an entire planet, etc? Redeemed or not, all of these characters have done some pretty awful things and as someone who has gone to school for writing I understand how difficult it is to square the idea of keeping a character alive with the other good characters wanting to see them answer for what they did. But on the other hand, it is pretty repetitive. I remember, I think it was in a tweet, hearing Pablo Hidalgo say that at one point he pitched Kylo Ren ending the trilogy exiled on Ach-To, dedicating his life to the preservation of the history there but not being part of the wider galaxy. I think I would have liked that. I also like the idea of a redeemed Dark Sider traveling the galaxy, on the run from the authorities, trying to do good whether anybody wants them to or not. Either one of those would be neat to explore someday.

Yvaelle

Meh I'm not a fan of the book ending she got, I'd completely support Filoni bringing her back if he thinks he can do better.

JorgeBec

But what happened in the book was literally what was gonna happen in the clone wars. Filoni was involved with that story arc

AlexStonehammer

I think the next step in Ventress' story will be seen with Quinlan. They've been teasing him quite a bit in the comics, I think he's going to have a big role in something soon and whatever story that is Ventress has to play a substantial role, dead or not.

suddenimpulse

They REALLY need to stop this death means nothing crap. I love filoni but I hate he introduced such a can of worms and a huge deus ex machina like time travel into Star Wars just to save his favorite character. My one exception is maul because he should never have died in ep 1.

TeutonJon78

He didn't really, though. Vader and Ahsoka fought, the building collapsed, Vader limped off and Ahsoka walked down the stairs. She wasn't dead at the end of S2. It wasn't till S4 that we saw Ezra pull her out in time and then her go back to walk down the stairs.

Unique_Unorque

Exactly. It really bugs me when people bring up the World Between Worlds and say “anything is possible.” *Rebels* showed us that pretty much the opposite is true - the World Between Worlds is definitely some form of time travel, but nothing was changed. It’s just the mechanism by which the Force ensured certain things happened. Ezra was tempted to use it to save Kanan, but he didn’t because that’s not what was fated to happen. Palpatine wanted to control it so he could remake the universe (presumably), but he couldn’t because that’s not how it works. The one and only time it was used to “alter” anybody’s fate was saving Ahsoka, but as you say, we saw her walking down that flight of stairs during that finale, just as it happened when she left the World Between Worlds. That moment was predetermined, and the World Between Worlds was just the method of getting to that moment. It’s a pretty consistent theme in *Star Wars* that some things are just fated to happen. Anakin saw a vision of Padmé dying in childbirth, and by trying to prevent it he instead ensured that it happened. The fact that Ahsoka was pulled out of one place and time and deposited in another gave an illusion that they were changing fate, but in reality they were just ensuring that things happened in the way the Force willed.

TeutonJon78

One could argue Ezra did really save Ahsoka, because it looked like she was going to get beaten, but that just fills in what we already knew and makes it explicit. Buy yes, TWBE isn't some super dues ex machina (at least yet).

Unique_Unorque

That’s kind of what I’m saying; yes, Ezra used the WBW to save Ahsoka, but he didn’t change the past or alter the future by doing so. He just played his part in making events play out the way the Force willed it. For it to be used to, say, bring Ventress back to life like we’re talking about here, unless they completely retcon her book her story would still have to end the same way. Whenever she’s done running around doing whatever she’s doing, she would have to use the WBW to return back to the moment she was pulled from and live the rest of her life up until her death as we know it. That’s my ultimate point - the WBW doesn’t *undo* anything the way that people seem to have decided it can. We have no examples of it changing anything.

phragmosis

It's tragic how few characters seem to be able to die in this franchise.

ToaPaul

Considering it happened in a book, it's not like they're above retconning that like they've done many times before.

DiamondFireYT

... What?

ToaPaul

They've retconned things that have happened in books, I thought that I was pretty clear. Like the Ahsoka novel and the Kanan novel. If it’s convenient for them to, they'll make changes to anything that didn't appear in a movie or show. I wouldn't put it past them to do the same for Ventress if they so desired.

suspiria84

Nothing major was retconned. Ahsoka gave a slightly different account of Order 66 than we saw in TCW and Bad Batch rewrote a certain scene of a comic (not novel) using the same characters ending in the same outcome. There has so far not been any major changes to established lore, except for small discrepancies that are common in writing sth of this size.

JorgeBec

The Kanan comic Retcon is not small at all, it added a whole group of characters (The Bad Bacth, erased one (Captain Styles) and a lot of visual things including Deepa’s lightsaber color, the planets environment and hell even the time of day. It was a huge Retcon

DiamondFireYT

They even reprinted the book to have a different account of Order 66 after TCW changed it.

The_Woman_of_Gont

Honestly? Fuck that. I’m completely fine with retconning the death of a significant and fascinating character who had so much more potential, and whose final appearance is in a book adaptation of an unfinished/unaired Clone Wars episode. Beyond that, a Ventress who is alive would fill a narrative niche that I think has been sorely under explored since most dark side characters who turn away from that life die almost instantly afterwards. Certainly all who have been shown in TV/film, with Ventress the only exception to this; except her story was large dropped after she left Dooku. If Maul can come back from the dead, fuck it. Give us a redeemed Sith, you cowards.

ChrisX26

^^^^^^^^^Ben ^^^^^^^^^Solo

[deleted]

Oooof that’s a bad take

Dr_Charisma

Well it says she’s a newly-created character.

suddenimpulse

I thought Ventress is dead at this point?

matt111199

Merrin?!

Galaseb

Nah they'd use the actress from the video game

RainingBolts

Unless Merrin ages at a different rate or it's a flashback, I think she'd be in her late 30s/40s by Ahsoka

MasterBuilder121

We know very well that Lucasfilm does NOT care about properly aging their characters.

HuttVader

Always scream that name with Mercedes McCambridge’s voice and a cow noise in the background.

theavengerbutton

Gives me goosebumps every time. Such a great moment in film, it's when you know shit is about to go down.

5i5TEMA

Or Hera

PureBeskar

The Ahsoka stuff seems to be leaking while we got very little about BOBF/Kenobi/Andor/Mando S3, and the show didn't even start filming (starts in March). \*Someone posted here about Grogu's name few month before Mando s2e5. \*Rosario Dawson casting \*The plot of Mando s2e5 leaked online few days before it aired (this is the only Mando episode plot leak) \*Thrawn and Ezra casting rumors \*MSW saying Hera and Ghost in it \*Hayden being in it (THR) \*Sabine casting (Deadline) And now this from Deadline again.

OwenWrites

It's just Rosario Dawson on alt accounts

MasterBuilder121

She does like vaguely confirm the leaks on her Instagram story like right after it leaks from time to time.

TyrsPath

Where did MSW mention that about Hera and the Ghost? I think i missed that one

PureBeskar

[https://www.reddit.com/r/StarWarsLeaks/comments/qaityi/wild\_rumors\_thread\_week\_of\_10182021\_10242021/hhjbe16/?utm\_source=reddit&utm\_medium=web2x&context=3](https://www.reddit.com/r/StarWarsLeaks/comments/qaityi/wild_rumors_thread_week_of_10182021_10242021/hhjbe16/?utm_source=reddit&utm_medium=web2x&context=3) Around that date (maybe day or two before) on Youtube. He also said that again after the Sabine casting was announced

TyrsPath

Thanks man, appreciate it

cmdrNacho

>MSW (last youtube stream) who's MSW ?

goldendreamseeker

MakingStarWars (real name Jason Ward), who runs the website of the same name. He used to leak stuff about each of the sequel trilogy films to extreme detail, well before their respective releases. That said, shortly after after TRoS came out he started getting accused of various cases of sexual misconduct, so people these days usually try to avoid talking about him (myself included, tho I figured I should at least explain to you who he is since you asked).

cmdrNacho

appreciate the explanation.

DannyDavincito

what about burger king

MasterBuilder121

>Mercedes McCambridge’ I still cannot fucking believe that happened.

EICzerofour

The leakers are probably huge Ahsoka fans. I am most excited about Ahsoka too.

What-The-Heaven

> *MSW saying Hera and Ghost in it I know there's not really a precedent for it, but I'd love to see Vanessa Marshall play live-action Hera.

BosskDaBossk

She reposted the news on her [Instagram](https://www.instagram.com/p/CW4Giu0vuid/).

Henrycolp

Nice. This 100% confirms for me Sabine too as it was also reported by Deadline

BCDragon300

When has Deadline ever been wrong? They’re not a source, they’re a trade.

EmotionalBrontosaur

…anyone else thinking Vah'nya, from the Thrawn books? She >! is the only Chiss navigator who retained her “Third Sight” (what the Chiss call Force Sensitivity)as an adult (22, during the last novel which was concurrent with Rebels), the only known Chiss to have “Second Sight” (telepathy), and Eli Vanto was studying her specifically at the request of Thrawn) !< If Ahsoka is about the hunt for Thrawn / rescue of Ezra…I can see her fitting in very easily.

75962410687

Could also be Che'ri

MWB8

This is where I was thinking. Good call.

Utsutsumujuru

Yeah, that’s even more likely than my guess of Admiral Ara’lani. Che’ri is a great guess too. She is mostly likely to be a Chiss of significance IMHO.

Zepanda66

Is it just me or does it seem like this show is much further along than expected? Filming must be starting soon if they're casting now. Which is great btw.

JangoFettDidNoWrong

March

Bitey_the_Squirrel

No. It’s 1:30 am and I want to sleep. No marching.

SageMerric

Going by looks alone I could see her playing a chiss.

arubablueshoes

that would be fun.

RedFX99

Exactly what I thought too

Medd-

These are the randoms takes I like this sub for. Judging by her beauty I think she could be a Twi'lek. /s

11BApathetic

She’s a Jawa.

matt111199

Nah she looks like a Nightsister

Nicholi1300

A blonde actress in a Star Wars property? Must be Satine. /s

masongraves_

Cate Blanchett or bust

LaneMcD

I'd also take a deaged Nicole Kidman. I feel like they named the character Satine because of her character from Moulin Rouge, which Ewan McGregor was opposite her

masongraves_

I like Nicole Kidman, but I don’t see her as Satine tbh

keyboardsmash

Obi-Wan and Satine MYYYYYY GIFT IS MYYYY SOOOOOONG reprise please

RodianFace

Unless they de-age her the truth is shes far too old to play Satine. Satine was in her early 30's tops. Cate Blanchett is 52.

mcwfan

Nothing you say or do will ever convince me that Cate Blanchett is fifty-two years old

Bitey_the_Squirrel

[Does this convince you?](https://youtu.be/LDWoanqPqIE)

mcwfan

No

Bitey_the_Squirrel

This was a joke that seems to have fallen flat. She still looks amazing.

Glorious_Sunset

She hardly looks any older than when she played Galadriel. It’s amazing.

Vyar

Legend has it that Peter Jackson actually found Galadriel in a forest in New Zealand and she’s been working as a professional actor ever since, just calling herself Cate Blanchett.

Bitey_the_Squirrel

I know, it was a joke. She still looks amazing.

dacalpha

Mephisto for sure

Coffeeandsoda

Maybe….Omeeega?

Bartoffel

Hmmm, I honestly think a Kiwi POC will play Omega when the time comes. Temuera Morrison has a Māori background and Michelle Ang is directly descended from Chinese Indonesian parents. I don't know a lot about Sakhno but she doesn't really look the part and I doubt she'd sound the part, either.

dairyqween

even in 2002, SW seemed to be pretty insistent on that heritage since I believe both Daniel Logan and the younger clone soldiers were Maori actors. So in 2021 they’ll definitely keep up that casting policy.

SamaelTheAngel

Yeah. Star Wars dont have our cultures but do have skin colours. It would be weird when clone of Olive Skinned Morrison would look like Kurgan from Highlander or Mixed Asian like Sabine is Scandinavian with Heterochromia from nowhere.

TeutonJon78

While I agree, Omega is an altered clone.

Bartoffel

An altered clone? Despite being female, she’s canonically referred to as an unaltered clone.

TeutonJon78

She didn't have growth acceleration, but not sure they said she was unaltered otherwise. She seems to have most of the BB's skill enhancements except for Wrecker's. She's a great marksman, good with tech, and learns fast in every new situation.

Bartoffel

Hmm fair point but I was under the assumption that none of the enhancements were physical or cosmetic. I suppose that would also lead us to the question “is her hair colour natural?” If it’s not, then you’re right, there’s wiggle room for her physical representation (although I wouldn’t recommend it). I suppose the bottom line is: would they want to portray her as Boba’s sister? If so, keeping as close in physical appearance would definitely be ideal.

Cuppa-Coffee

Still waiting on live action Korkie

Jacktheflash

Maybe we will see his corpse

SirBanet

Admiral Ar’alani perhaps 🤔

JangoFettDidNoWrong

I was thinking that, she is a new enough character and this actress does have the look, minus the blue skin.

dacalpha

Smh they never care about the skin color, always getting white blonde girls instead of accurate casting /^jk

MRT2797

As much as I’d love to see Ar’alani on screen, surely this actress is too young? Given Ar’alani is meant to be a couple years older than Thrawn, who’s being played by a 57 year old. Does have a Chiss look about her tho

IcePhoenix295

Ages for actors/actresses mean nothing in Star Wars between Kenobi, Bo Katan, Dooku, Palpatine, etc. Also she'd be covered in makeup. That being said if she is playing a younger character than Thrawn she could be another Chiss (Thalias perhaps?).

The_Woman_of_Gont

I mean….we all know ages are pretty slippery in terms of casting. And this is especially true with female characters since Hollywood has serious issues with casting older women in roles. It wouldn’t shock me if someone up to around 15 years younger than Mikkelsen were cast for that role. But this would almost become a joke. You’d have a guy pushing 60, as the same species of near-human alien, playing opposite a woman who is **clearly** young enough to be his daughter. While acting like they’re old friends who go back decades. There’s a limit to how far you can push someone’s age without it becoming either a major project or laughable, and this certainly hits that wall.

MRT2797

>Ages for actors/actresses mean nothing in Star Wars between Kenobi, Bo Katan, Dooku, Palpatine, etc. Granted, but those cases were mostly due to behind the scenes considerations. Even Katee Sackhoff playing a character 10 years her senior is noticeable in Mando. A discrepancy of ~35 years is a bit hard to swallow when there’s no reason not to cast an older actress. But yeah, could defs see her as a younger Chiss.

75962410687

There's no reason to assume Chiss age exactly like people do

MRT2797

That’s fair. But presumably males and females age at a similar rate. Just seems needlessly jarring to cast someone in their 20s alongside Lars Mikkelsen’s Thrawn when he’s nearly sixty.

The_Woman_of_Gont

But we’ve already got a significantly older(and more importantly, older looking) actor playing Thrawn. “They age differently” doesn’t really make any sense here, especially since we’d have already heard about female Chiss aging significantly more slowly by this point given how core female Chiss’ early force sensitivity is. It’d have come up at some point.

WatchBat

I didn't know who this character was so I googled her and you know what?? I like it, I want it to be her

EmotionalBrontosaur

I’m thinking Vah’nya! Don’t want to spoil anything here, so I’ll leave it to Wookiepedia.

IcePhoenix295

>Vah’nya Or Thalias.

EmotionalBrontosaur

She *does* have quite the role in the second book, doesn’t she? Also, have not read the third yet. Need to get on that, and avoid spoilers!

IcePhoenix295

Lesser Evil is so good. Tied with Thrawn 2017 as my favorite.

jnewman1991

Get off the internet and go read it!

boppeto

I want this so bad but the article says it's a new character.

ProtoJeb21

Maybe this is just wishful thinking but they might mean a new character to any visual medium. Ar’alani has been exclusive to the books and comics, so for 99% of the audience, she’ll be new. If we get a casting report of someone that looks like Eli Vanto, then maybe our hopes for live-action Chiss Ascendancy are coming true

75962410687

The Ascendancy/Unknown Regions are the most interesting thing in Star Wars for me at the moment. Zahn's done some extreme legwork building that corner of the galaxy up. I hope they don't waste Thrawn by making him the villain of the whole story. He's much more interesting as a ruthlessly pragmatic patriot.

ravenreyess

Ar'alani is older than Thrawn, but this actress could easily be a Chiss.

SirBanet

Oh? damn. I was hoping they’d have the Ascendancy show up in the show.

MTLTolkien

Ar'alani exist only in the books. Which means she doesn't exist. You know how Disney feel about the books.

ravenreyess

There's a difference between the Ahsoka prologue and 6 full length books.

Henrycolp

Say that to Cobb Vanth

Jacktheflash

You mean Lucasfilm

DoNotKnowWhyImHere

She definitely gives off some Chiss vibes to me. Dunno about Ar'alani but someone of the species i'd bet.

MTLTolkien

>Ar’alani A good guess. The actress has a fairly angular face (no surprise since she's Ukrainian) and she's tall. Fits.

Prophet_Comstock

Oh hell yes! That would be amazing.

darthsheldoninkwizy

To young for Ar'lani. But she could still play a Chiss

ravenreyess

I feel like she'd be far too young at this point, but we don't know how Chiss age.

optiprimas

I'm thinking maybe an adult version of Che'ri.

Utsutsumujuru

That was my first guess as well…but Vah’nya may be more likely.

makesyoufeeldejavu

We know more about the casting for Ahsoka than TBOBF lol

NeutralNoodle

And we already know that freaking Anakin is in it. It makes me wonder what they’re hiding in TBoBF

ProtoJeb21

This could be a situation similar to Mando s2 where LFL is allowing stuff to leak that hides something even bigger. I doubt the casting for Ezra and Thrawn will ever be officially confirmed or allowed to reach Deadline/THR because finding them is the whole point of the series. Therefore, they will let anything except Ezra and Thrawn leak.

WestJoe

Does it get much bigger than Anakin? The only big one they were able to cover up for Mando was Luke, and that was an enormous effort to pull off

terriblehuman

It could also be that there’s someone working on Ahsoka who doesn’t work on BoBF who is leaking information.

02Alien

It could also be that they know there's a lot more fandom hype for Ahsoka and Ahsoka has more to leak in general, whereas BoBF might end up being a more "side quest" style show with not as many flashy stuff to leak, kind of like Mando Season 1 (excluding Baby Yoda, ofc)

AvtarStateIsHydrated

I don’t think there’s that much they’re hiding in Boba Yea someone like Cad Bane or Qira could show up but that’s nothing compared to what’s in store with Ahsoka.

Jacktheflash

And the darksaber

SKULL1138

This is an underrated comments by the way

Gerry-Mandarin

>This could be a situation similar to Mando s2 where LFL is allowing stuff to leak that hides something even bigger. Well *obviously* to test out the de-aging tech for Indy 5, they asked Harrison to do a scene as Han Solo for this.

LilSenate

Didn’t the casting go for both of them already leak? Even if they didn’t, I don’t think anyone on the planet is going to be surprised to see Lars Mikkelsen play Thrawn in live action

superfluouselk

To be fair, I wouldn’t be surprised if Ezra and Thrawn only show up in the last episode or so, and the bulk of the first season will be all about finding them in the unknown regions

AvtarStateIsHydrated

I’d love that. The twist/cliffhanger is finding out Ezra joined with Thrawn to fight the Gyrsk. Then we could get a show about their story after the Rebels finale

SKULL1138

I agree btw. I doubt they’ll officially ever announce either so it’ll be a long time before we see if the rumors pans out.

artistofdesign

Bib Fortuna maybe?

toontown10

someone said chiss and I’m just praying to fucking god that’s true

JakkuScavenger

Guys. What if... She's a new character?

InfiniteDedekindCuts

That’s not true. . . That’s impossible

Medd-

No, she's a Chiss because of ...well just because! /s

75962410687

A new character can be Chiss though

InfiniteDedekindCuts

10$ says she’s Chiss. She’s got the Mitth family cheekbones.

Nicholi1300

Thrawn just grew them when he was adopted

jnewman1991

Or did he get adopted because of his cheek bones?

JangoFettDidNoWrong

Wasn't there rumours about Barriss a while ago? I know they say ''new'' character here, but still.

Teletoa

Immediately where my mind went too. She’s also in her 20s though, so seems most signs point to no

Stick_Bone_KLN

I know it's a long shot but everything I want is a nightsister in live action. And she kinda looks like Merrin

Flashy_Pomegranate23

announce Ezra and Hera you cowards

DaV9D9

You gotta wonder if so much Ahsoka casting is happening now because these characters will be in Mando season 3 (like how Boba and Ahsoka were in season 2 before their shows.)

Marcusj112

Ahsoka starts filming in March, I think it has to do more with the fact that its filming in 3 to 4 months rather than Mando season 3. Sure its a possibility that we might get an Ahsoka and Sabine appearance in season 3. But I don't think the casting is happening now because of that.

Rosebunse

Good catch. It could well be they are getting their contracts ready now for multiple shows.

InMannyrkid

Chiss.

OliverJamesG

Reading the comments, I agree. I would LOVE her to Admiral Ar’Alani!

sammypants69

Am I the only one who thinks she could make a good Hera? Yes, she's a bit young for the role.

TheOtherMe4

I feel like she would make a good Chiss -- and if I remember right, I thought there was a rumor of Rebel's animated sequel series that might feature a younger chiss female character?? So maybe there was a change or the source was slightly misinformed... My other guess would be The Daughter (Flashback, Force-Ghost, Force Vision, Morai transformation???), because I feel like that relationship between her and Ahsoka is unresolved. However I think they would of cast someone more like Cate Blanchett for that. I like some of the other theories I'm seeing about The Nightsisters too!

Teletoa

>and if I remember right, I thought there was a rumor of Rebel's animated sequel series that might feature a younger chiss female character?? So maybe there was a change or the source was slightly misinformed... Good memory. The rumor had her part of the Ezra/Thrawn story I think. It seemed like that rumor didn't pan out, but who knows? It could be that the Rebels sequel went through a few concept stages and proposals (such as an animated follow-up pitch) before possibly scrapping/repurposing everything for the "Mando-verse" Disney + push. It could be that rumor had some truth to it at one point as an early concept pitch.

KevinAnniPadda

Ivanna Sakhno sounds like a Star Wars name

ImNotASWFanboy

Her surname almost spells Ahsoka so it's little surprise they decided to cast her if you ask me. Should be exciting to see what role she's playing!

Gungan_Jedi

Maybe she plays Ahsoka

ImNotASWFanboy

I think she'll play Ahsoka's identical twin, Ashoka

Seeking6969

or a long lost sister?

Jacktheflash

A cousin?

Rosebunse

It's all coming together

Kangdrew

She could pull of a good ar'alani if that's how it's spelled

GeneralVeeers

Total Mortis Daughter vibe...

AvtarStateIsHydrated

She always reminded me of Cate Blanchett for some reason

LeadBandit

Daughter of Thrawn. You heard it here first.

TheCakeWarrior12

Omega, a Nightsister, or…idk

zappa2510

Surprised no one has mentioned Asajj Ventress.

j0shw1ll1ams

because she’s dead lol

Administrative_Eye11

Rip

JakkuScavenger

Didn't she die?

The_Liamster

She died near the end of the Clone Wars in Dark Disciple.

banthabrain

Could very easily be a flashback. Iirc we don’t know whether anakin will be in it as a flashback or a force ghost yet. I would personally love love love to see ventress in live action

Medd-

I'm surprised you're unaware of her passing.

eldonspangle

Omega?

StarCommand-doUread

Hera?

SKULL1138

Hera?

Gungan_Jedi

Hera?

Renfred

Throw some head tails and green makeup on her and I think you’d have a good Hera there. Let’s hope Lucasfilm is throwing smoke screens with the new character comment.

cmdrNacho

Why not Hera ? I can see the resemblance unless they already hired Hera

metroxed

Too young, besides why wouldn't they use Vanessa Marshall? She provided the voice in Rebels and also they used her to model the character in Squadrons.

cmdrNacho

no live acting experience. Same reason Sabine and Ahsoka voice actors weren't used she'd be under a lot of make up and prosthetics so ageing didn't matter.

GetInHere

Sabine's voice actor, Tiya Sircar, has a lot of on-screen acting experience. That's not why they didn't use her. You're right that Vanessa Marshall is mostly a voice actor though.

75962410687

Ar'alani

Utsutsumujuru

I will bet she is an important Chiss…maybe Admiral Ar’alani. Barring that, possibly a night sister. I am definitely leaning more Chiss though given the context and her features
