I keep refreshing it but it doesnt seem like it 🥺
Yeah, same here! I thought it’s because of my browser thats why I asked.
Thanks for commenting!
Thanks for posting. I was hoping someone else would notice.
😢 why didnt it update this month?😣
I am also wondering why,🤔
its the last day of the month.
So the update could be later today.
I hope so!!!
Yes. I've seen them change the date everyday this month. (At least for the Nebraska Service Center).
I wonder why only Nebraska SC🤔
In all honestly, it's the only service center I've been paying attention to since my case resides with them. But day by day it changes to the next consecutive day. I wish I could tell you if the other service centers were doing the same.
I haven’t seen it change at all for nsc, at least for c9, it only changes once a month usually at month end
Oh okay well I've seen it change for categories c26, a3, a5 and c33. Not for c9, sorry for not being specifc.
Oh well maybe that means for first time in 7 months it won’t go up!
😭 well I wish and hope the best for you!
Haha you too!
It didn’t… :(
If you been waiting for your EAD for like 7 months then the processing time goes down to 6-8 months then you should receive your EAD sooner than expected. Or if the processing time goes up again like for EAD then you know your wait time will be longer.
They brought more than 100k Afghan refugees probably that’s disturbing processing time as they are so busy issuing Special Green Card to them IMO
Ohhh. Honestly, I care and am sad about those Afghan refugees. But it also makes me sad, does this mean longer wait times again?
it refreshes processing times around the 15th of each month, no?
sometimes it’s not followed or most of the time.
Hi can you explain me how does it effect our cases?
I was wondering how accurate the published processing times are. My attorney said they are often quicker than mentioned but wanted to see what those who have been waiting awhile think. I'm hoping he's right but wasn't sure if he was just trying to make me feel better since my case is in the CA service center and the times there are horrible. Any insights are appreciated and good luck to everyone!
Lol. I had option to back to home country but lawyer said timeline is only 2-4 months in January, now timeline is 7-8.5 months.
Maybe if you are special case it’s quicker but I think vast majority wouldn’t say it’s quicker, if anything it’s multiples worse
