Right? I’ve stopped going daily since the workout are so unbalanced.
For real! I did a 60 minute yesterday which had lots of upper body, and a Lift 45 all upper body and today was more of the same. Never done so many chest flys ever! Glad we get legs tomorrow.

Tried Lift45 for the first time today and took the 2G right after… my legs have formally requested the day off. Cancel.

Absolutely not miserable, but I was pretty gassed after the rower (did tread first, mostly just wanted the cardio after lifting), and didn’t have much stamina in the upper body section…I had to keep going to lower weights over and over. Felt great for about an hour after, not as great now.
