The coach will pick a captain of the rowers. The other rowers match the captain’s stroke rate. Usually there are 2-3 captains for the rowing block. I love/hate crew rows. Sometimes I don’t have the discipline to stay with the crew!

On top of what others said, the quality of the crew row depends on the leader. The rest of the group is to be in sync with the leader with a stroke rate of something like 24-26. If the leader goes for a stroke rate of 31, everyone is going to struggle. It depends on the coach if they will push for the group to be in sync. I've done two so far. I didn't hate them. Some people hate them. If your leader sucks, hopefully your coach will encourage breaks or ignore deviations

They will be different. This does look like the last 3g crew row template though so I'd expect 2g to be the same as last time too.

Check the one from last year in the October Monthly Highlights post, they are not the same. The 2G crew row was only 8 minutes of the second block, first block was around 14 minutes. Tread block was 2 blocks. Thank goodness because I’m taking a 2G (I took the 2G the last time and 8 straight minutes rowing was more than enough for me).

I love the ab dolly EXCEPT for the hamstring curl. I find it so difficult and uncomfortable. I like knee tucks and pikes and roll outs though. They are hard but give me a good workout!
