Pasta was 2 cups flour and 3 eggs plus a yolk. I took half of that and rolled into 4 sheets I tore lengthwise for 2 servings.
Diced bacon and sauted, set aside and removed most of grease. Added some butter to pan and sauted scallops, set aside, added butter and some white wine to deglaze and then heavy cream. Reduced, then added some parm. Returned most of bacon to sauce saving some for garnish.
Boiled pasta and assembled.
