TV license inspector is tired of being ignored
they've finally had it with the roadmen
I've had it with these motherfucking men, on this motherfucking road
Arthur Vines moment
Tescos can be dangerous plac, especially the ones in Birmingham
We must arm our shopping trolleys
Bosnian ape society springs to mind lol.
Indeed it did
You laugh, but our cops actually have machine guns and APCs.
This statement genuinely concerns me
It's kind of a necessity in some places such as Mexico and South Africa nowadays.
It does not for me. God I swear if there is any funny instance of terrorist doing fucky wucky in bumfuck nowhere in my country.
Ah yes. Terrorists are famously stopped by cops all the time mhm
Didn't Timothy McVey get caught speeding?
**after** the attack
Was he a terrorist Before?
Then you have the army? Police dont need heavy weaponry outside places like Ukraine or rural Mexico
I mean, other than protection and protest situations, they dont use APCs.
Even using APCs at protests is a tiny bit concerning
I doubt they actually have machine guns, more likely select fire rifles, semi/full auto. And those are usually issued to SWAT or equivalent not standard patrol, along with the APC. If a guy has a gun and is holed up in a house, you don’t want to drive up to it in a standard police car.
No several police forces have belt feed machine guns. They haven't been brought out in decades. Starting back in the gangster/prohibition era of the 1920s and the Riots of the late 60s, some departments added the hardware.
Ahh that makes much more sense. Yeah they had some pretty serious firepower. I took the comment to mean LAPD SWAT had 240Bs in the back of their bearcats.
I mean, the Texas DPS SRTs have 240s on their boats. One of my coolest experiences with police is one of those guys letting me hold his 249.
I can actually kind of see the point of that on a boat though, especially for a special response team where they will mostly face armed suspects. Sure, a 240 is a bit overkill in most situations but it's effective of they need to lay down some serious firepower.
Wait you mean Tx Ranger SRT or does DPS have another SRT unit? Cuz iirc Ranger SRT is pretty damn high up there.
That seems so unsafe, please tell me he actually knew you and knew you weren’t gonna spray him down😭
It was at an open house, it was unloaded, and I'm quite knowledgeable about firearms.
That makes a bit more sense but in all fairness it really doesn’t matter if you’re knowledgeable you could still be insane
Dude I don’t know anything about you I can’t just guess that you work for the federal government it was a joke lol
More like old M1919s back in the armory.
Where I live the police can call on the National Guard, who have heavy machine guns, APCs, and tanks. Biggest police unit we have is an older surplus APC that is used for SWAT things.
In the US our police e need to contact the state governor to get National Guard assistance. Since that's political and red tape, some have their own hardware. Silly really as they don't train on it so it's effectively useless.
I think that’s the case here too but the governor has always signed off of those requests so far as I know. Maybe they have some agreement where they can borrow NG if they pay or something.
Dallas SWAT blew up a suspect with plastic explosives attached to a bomb robot...
They also killed a dude with a M107 .50 cal using armor piercing ammo when they shot him through the armor plated van he was holed up in
Select fire and full auto are machine guns, by definition.
Jeez, you'd think this would be the US
I count approximately 35 incivilities that can be dealt with.
But if they stand in a row, you can probably deal with more.
It’s England, they’re all snoring in gutters, couldn’t to do that even if you poured beer in straight line.
bring that to a knife fight
\*a butterknife fight.
Unlicensed of course.
I have been in that one
It's just the one swan, actually
"Pisstaker, come on!"
This post brings a whole new meaning to the phrase "fire up the roof!"
Guess I'll just lay down behind the M2 and hold on for dear life
[in case they are not around and you are in south London at 3AM, this will help](https://youtu.be/_1btDc5xJe0)
I thought it said “fight inclusivity” both apply.
For the greater good
^^^^The ^^^^Greater ^^^^Good
That just belong to their Twitter monitoring unit.
Tfw you tweeted the wrong spoon.
GTA V Online:
Logical explanation: the British drive on the left and the driver sits on the right. Therefore it stands to reason that everything else is flipped too
Oh, makes perfect sense, continue on as long as yeu have yor loicense fo shootang that theng
In the UK we always eject casings neatly.
Weren't M2 used to be aircraft gun as well? This is probably taken from a right wing of a fighter.
The m2 can be configured to be fed from either direction
Isnt that belt on the wrong side? Thats the ejection port

Yes, Madam Rowling, the TERFmobile is fully operational.
British police on their way to arrest anyone with a pocket knife.
Please, please, please, just tell me this is just a shitpost.
this isn't a photoshop : [https://www.warringtonguardian.co.uk/news/20155426.machine-gun-handed-cheshire-police-firearms-amnesty/](https://www.warringtonguardian.co.uk/news/20155426.machine-gun-handed-cheshire-police-firearms-amnesty/)
I love how people on Reddit always say "terrible Photoshop job" without saying, what's exactly wrong with it. This is especially funny when it turns out that it is an actual picture like here.
oi hammond o bought this car for 50 quids and it came with a machine gun!
Which number would be highest:
- the RPM of a mounted machine gun
- the comments per second when american redditors scramble to all make unfunny jokes about other countries
What’s the context for this image
I believe it was ceased in a firearms amnesty and they mounted on the car as a joke. [Here’s the link](https://www.northwichguardian.co.uk/news/20155451.machine-gun-handed-cheshire-police-firearms-amnesty/)
No, this is Priti Patel's latest policy against the right to protest. /s
British police are already tyrannical enough pls don’t give them anymore ideas.
You're actually delusional if you think the British police are anything close to 'tyrannical'. Jesus Christ.
You can get arrested for making jokes online in the UK. LMAO
That's not the police being tyrannical, that's the government. The police enforce the laws the government make.
As if groups such as the FBI won’t put you on a watchlist for making jokes of a similar nature
Does that make any of it ok clown?
I didn’t say it did, I’m just saying you’re delusional if you act like the UK police are even somewhat tyrannical, especially when the police in other countries are essentially given the right to shoot whoever they deem threatening
You can get arrested for typing words on a phone in the UK. Not tyrannical? LMAO
Oh they’ll need these, Sinn Fein winning means the reunification of Ireland *IRA making boom boom*
Hundred quid says you're neither British or Irish. Am I right?
How much is a hundred quid in dollarydoos?
about 125 USD
Cheers but AUD mate 😂 they’re quite sore I made a bad joke but cheers for the conversion anyways 😂😂
Get some Bobby!
This new reboot of the Bill looks fun
When someone tries to use someone else’s Tesco clubcard
Birmingham Police Department
Heh pretty sure a 50 on basically a sedan could be used as a form of acceleration
That's a way to bring the knife crime statistic down.
MERICA, FUCK YEAH!
once again the british show how uncivilized they are.
Make it shoot knives.
I believe you mean the MBT of the Royal Army
Heads up, it hasn't been the Royal Army since the English Civil War. While the Royal Navy and Royal Airforce are still referred to as "Royal", the Army is now just the "British Army".
Indeed. Worth noting that the 'Royal' title is given to regiments on an individual basis (e.g. The Royal Anglian Regiment)
That's because the British Army isn't a single force, it's a confederation of individual Regiments with their own customs and history working together to the same end.
Hence all the different uniforms, mess traditions, band types, and regimental customs etc.
The home of the padre?
Ah bollocks. Cheeky edit to the rescue
Soon they’ll get the 20MMs like we have in America
I'm an American so I instantly recognized that M2 Browning.
Jeez, I thought British police weren't allowed to use guns unless under special circumstances.
Was this made for use during a riot or something? It looks vaguely like something that would be used for a riot, most likely with rubber .50bmg rounds.
>Was this made for use during a riot or something?
It's a shitpost, police here don't use anything like that. Not even baton rounds or CS gas projectiles are used on the mainland (Northern Ireland is an exception) let alone .50 cals lol
wait you dont even got batons and cs gas?
Police definitely have batons, not baton ROUNDS as in plastic bullets, they also have PAVA spray but no tear gas grenades
We definitely have baton rounds in the UK...
Allowed for riot control outside of NI though? Fair enough if I'm wrong but I thought it was a special emergency act thing that let the PSNI/Army use them over there as opposed to mainland UK?
They are technically allowed for riots on the mainland but they're very much not common, mostly they're used for armed policing.
The less-lethal armed policing use never occurred to me but makes perfect sense
Yeah, infinitely more preferable than a bullet, and longer ranged than TASER or PAVA. TBH I think they should be in the boot of every police car.
Oh no, they’ve got a crumpet gun!
