I think I feel something similar right now :( Not sure if it’s work burnout, exhaustion from not sleeping, overthinking mental health issues, or (most likely) all of the above. I’m sorry you’re experiencing this though. It sounds very painful. Are you able to find a safe place where there’s no stimuli bc around to let your brain rest right now? It won’t feel this horrible forever. Just be gentle with yourself if you can.
