Iāve actually been thinking that I could see Optic sticking together with this roster if they continue to play that good. Huke looks way better playing with Shotzy. In that scenario, I could see Pred going to Faze, and that being a scary team.
Their fundies are so bad in respawns, they are just out-talenting vast majority of the teams by just breaking at will. I don't think they were great at Major II either, but SnD was so strong that it carried them through
Funny thing is the camp he built at 100T bo4 was dogshit until crowder and pdawg came through. LAT's Camp his year was ass too and man wanted john picked up for him to drop a .5 at champs while kenny built a champs winner after dropping him

Did you watch any CoD pre-CDL? Pretty sure FormaL and SlasheR head to head series count is lopsided and he always countered him in matches. A few memorable series I remember are from Champs 3 years in a row. IW Champs FormaL basically went god mode and shit on everyone pretty much knocking nV out the tournament. Following year, FormaL knocked SlasheR out of WW2 champs at top 16 (SlasheR's team Rise were the favorites to win). Then the following year at BO4 champs, FormaL on LG sent SlasheR to loser's as well (SlasheR's team 100T were favorites to win). And all the jet pack years of OG dynasty dominating SlasheR, who basically didn't win anything outside of in BO3 (champs and stage 2) and first event of AW. The rest was basically dominated by the dynasty. SlasheR did knock optic out at AW champs and sent them to loser's at Bo3 champs, but as a whole formal always shut down Slasher. Thats basically where the rivalry stems from. I put the head to head below, and this is before CDL. FormaL on Hunstmen and OpTic chicago was more dominant than SlasheR in those years, so the head to head is probably even worse now

slasher not getting a kill doesn't help. but felt there were a few times faze could have played a bit more creddy to get streaks etc that would have been the difference maker.
I guess the other modes make sense to be their strength but never imagined Faze vulnerability would be in HP. Even back in CW it was the entry point to their very few losses. Donāt get it tbh
Faze really need to level up on a couple of hardpoint maps. Outside of Embassy they don't really have a solid hardpoint map and that is now 5 series this season where they have failed to win a respawn which considering the talent on the team is very surprising
