I'm not very knowledgeable on bottom surgery but from the very little of what I know, they kinda use most of it to design the hole so it just means you got more for the doctors to work with, you can have that length be inverted and be a bit more (sorry for how creepy this sounds) usable than alot of other trans women cause of the depth.
It may be easier to think of it like an investment in your future then, right now you don't have what you want but what you do have can make what you want in the years to come, likely one that will work well for you.
I wouldn't consider you lucky to have a BD if you don't even want it. Of course, some people might say you're lucky because they want one, but don't let others decide what you should appreciate about yourself. It's your body, and journey.
I second compression shorts, tucking, etc. I know nothing about the surgeries available or their risks so I won't comment on that.
As a transman who also deals with dysphoria, I find it best to treat my genitals the way I see them versus what is technically is. That being said, tucking might help, but not so sure if you are pretty big. Also maybe try some trans or transwomen specific reddits to ask there as well.
I hope you find a resolution soon. Also as a young trans minor teen, I would recommend you seek counseling if not already. A really good therapist can help you work through your issues. I wish you the best.
Do you wear a chastity cage? You can ruin your erection to the point you're limp even when horny to the max. You don't have to worry either the penis can make a comeback from this state if you decide you want it back

Alright, so I'm AMAB and I present as a man, but I also hate hearing comments ab my genitals and I hate being able to see it bc of sexual trauma and stuff. So I spend a lot of time and effort trying to manage my bulge. One thing I do at home is make a habit of not looking in the mirror when I'm naked, and I wear underwear that keeps it all secure and out of the way.
I have a specific type I found that has a good pouch. I buy it a size up and then pull it up higher, which pulls everything between my legs some. It makes it where I don't have to keep adjusting it, which is great bc then I can forget I have a penis. It also keeps it from sticking outwards and slapping against stuff if I'm working or something lol.
So, if dysphoria is a problem when you are alone, then this could provide a less painful alternative to permanently tucking.
If you buy and wear women's clothes I imagine the dysphoria is terrible. It doesn't have the same allowances in the design to house and hide a penis. I wore women's shorts one time for a floor event in college and that was pretty much when I found out I was big bc my friends told me I didn't cover up I was going to get Title IX.
If it is at all possible, I would recommend buying men's clothing that looks either androgynous or effeminate. That way, you can know it's designed to hide a penis. Also, any type of thick fabric is your friend. Lowrises, sagging, and buying pants a size or two up can keep things hidden, too.
I can't tell you much about women's clothing to hide genitalia, but I bet skirts and dresses with supportive underwear could work pretty well. And keeping a hoodie or sweater to wrap around your waist is effective if all else fails.

The pouch stretches on this so pulls everything into a neat bundle when you hike them up lol. I know this probably won't help but I've always been comforted with the FACT that some women have have dicks and some have vaginas, just like how some women might be blondes or brunettes. Every single woman is unique and that includes the wonderful variety of genitalia. "Outie" labia vs "innie." Big dicks vs small dicks. Tiny shy clit vs big thicc clit. Small balls, big balls, no balls. *shrugs* it's just a variety and still 100% woman.
